Our firm is rapidly expanding, and we are currently looking for a new, entry‑level Financial Advisor to join our ranks. The ideal candidate will be ready to learn the financial services ropes needed for effective wealth management to help clients achieve their monetary goals. Successful financial planning is rooted in excellent communication, superb math and analytical skills, and smart decision‑making. Financial Architects is located in Des Moines, IA and only hires candidates residing in Iowa.

This full‑time opportunity offers a flexible schedule with 1–2 days in the office per week and the rest remote or in‑person/virtual client appointments. No territory restrictions; serve clients nationwide.

Responsibilities
  • Guide clients through the financial planning process, ensuring they understand their options and feel confident in their decisions.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop personalized financial strategies that align with clients' long‑term goals.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of financial products and industry trends to provide clients with the best advice.
  • Build and nurture client relationships by providing exceptional service and regular communication.
  • Analyze clients' financial data to identify opportunities for growth and risk management.
  • Conduct in‑depth reviews of clients' financial situations to ensure their plans remain relevant and effective.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of various financial products and services, empowering them to make informed choices.
Qualifications
  • Experience in financial planning or a related field is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear, relatable manner.
  • Proven track record of building strong client relationships through exceptional service.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team to develop personalized financial strategies.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and tools to aid in client planning.
  • Eagerness to stay informed about industry trends and financial products to provide the best advice to clients.
Compensation

$80,000 – $105,000 yearly.
