Job Title:
Client Relationship Consultant
Signing Bonus: $1,500
- Build relationships with customers via in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels.
- Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs, obtaining and processing customer and account information.
- Demonstrate and educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services.
- Recommend solutions based on each customer’s unique goals and needs.
- Proactively outreach and follow up with clients, asking questions and learning about financial needs and channel preferences.
- Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications.
- Maintain a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products, including digital offerings.
- Leverage available resources and technologies to optimize the client experience and deliver operational excellence.
- Develop collaborative partnerships with branch team members and partners to serve clients.
- Provide consistent optimal client experience, greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum three to four years of job-related retail banking experience, or a combination of experience and training.
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration required (S.A.F.E. Act, Regulation Z). Ability to pass criminal background and credit checks.
- Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively engage and educate clients.
- Knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and systems.
- Proficiency with digital products and self-service technologies.
- Ability to identify customer needs and make appropriate product recommendations.
- Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
