Fixed Income Corporate Credit Analyst

We're looking for an experienced fixed income corporate credit analyst to join our Investment Grade team. In this role, you'll most likely cover Food & Beverage, Health Insurance, Healthcare, Healthcare REITs, and Pharmaceuticals. Conduct independent fundamental research and analysis on assigned companies/sectors, develop financial models, and provide investment recommendations, credit ratings and outlooks. Analysis includes economic and competitive analysis, financial modeling, and relative value assessment.

Respond to inquiries from various stakeholders and represent research function in client meetings. Monitor financial markets, current events, and economic trends to identify opportunities and risks. Build and maintain industry relationships to ensure consistent information flow. Assist with staff development through coaching, mentoring, and training team members.

Salary Range Information:
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $141,000 - $191,000 / year. Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $141,000 – $191,000 as indicated above. Final compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and alignment with the role's responsibilities. In addition to base pay, this role participates in an annual profit share bonus plan.

Time Off Program:
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided. Pension:
