Strategic Finance Leader

We are looking for a strategic finance leader to oversee core financial operations and provide clear guidance that supports sound business decisions. This role will lead budgeting, reporting, and forecasting activities while strengthening financial discipline across the organization. Responsibilities:

• Direct the annual budgeting cycle, partnering with department leaders to build accurate plans and align financial targets with organizational priorities.
• Oversee month-end close activities to ensure timely completion, reliable reconciliations, and accurate presentation of financial results.
• Prepare and deliver financial reports that highlight performance trends, key variances, and actionable insights for leadership.
• Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts to support liquidity planning and short- and long-term financial decision-making.
• Refine budgeting processes and financial controls to improve consistency, transparency, and operational efficiency.
• Evaluate financial performance against plan, investigate material differences, and recommend corrective actions where needed.
• Lead and mentor finance team members, establishing priorities and promoting high standards of accuracy and accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on financial planning initiatives and support process improvements, including any relevant system-related changes when required.
