We’re currently looking to fill a part time bank teller position based out of our Center Point, IA Location. If you know anyone who would be a great fit for our KSB family, please reach out to me.
Processing Transactions- Accept cash and check deposits
- Pay out cash for withdrawals
- Cash checks after verifying funds and signatures
- Process loan or utility payments
- Issue money orders or cashier's checks
- Count and balance cash drawers at start and end of shifts
- Investigate and report cash discrepancies
- Follow bank security and fraud prevention protocols
- Answer basic account balance and history questions
- Recommend banking products like savings accounts or credit cards
- Refer customers to specialized staff for loans or investments
