As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant who is passionate about client service, enjoys tackling complex challenges, and wants to make a direct impact on the success of our clients’ retirement plans and the participants they serve.

• Review and perform compliance work related to cross-testing and ADP/ACP testing for DC plans.
• Calculate employer contributions.
• Deliver testing results and year end packages to clients.
• Ensure compliance corrections are completed timely and 5500s are filed timely.
• Track data received/not received from clients and follow up accordingly.
• Work with clients, advisors and other internal teams to resolve compliance issues.
• Consult on plan design.

• At least 3 years of Defined Contribution Plan Administration experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude with a commitment to exceptional service.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a growing, dynamic organization.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience calculating profit-sharing contributions using new comparability allocation methods not required but is a plus.
• Retirement industry designations such as QKA are a plus.
