Terms of Employment
  • Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
  • Work from the newly remodeled Lucas Building on the Capitol Complex
  • Telework may be an option upon successful completion of the six-month probationary period.
  • Applicants will be required to complete a background check to be considered for this position.
What You’ll Do
  • Monitor and analyze managed care reporting to ensure compliance with state, federal, and contractual requirements.
  • Develop and publish public-facing dashboards showing Medicaid and MCO performance.
  • Review reports to
    identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Enhance reporting processes and tools
    , to improve data quality, usability, and automation.
  • Work directly with Managed Care Plans and data teams to resolve issues and improve accuracy.
  • Support oversight activities by preparing reports, conducting special analyses, and providing technical assistance to contract managers.
  • Provide clear, actionable insights that support leadership, policy development and decision-making.
  • Translate complex data findings into understandable insights that guide program improvements and decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
  • A sharp,
    detail-driven analyst who loves turning data into meaningful insights.
  • Strong problem solver with experience in data analysis, reporting or program performance.
  • Skilled communicator who can translate complex information for diverse audiences.
  • Collaborator who can work with teams and navigate fast moving oversight needs.
  • Bonus: previous experience with Power BI, managed care, Medicaid, healthcare quality, or similar fields is helpful but not required.
