We’re seeking a Patient Access Representative to support a smooth, accurate, and welcoming experience for patients and visitors. This role plays a key part in patient admission, registration, insurance verification, and scheduling, ensuring every interaction is efficient and compliant with financial and insurance requirements.

- Accurately collect, analyze, and record demographic, insurance, financial, and clinical data in the system, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
- Maintain strong knowledge of insurance plans and verification processes.
- Answer and route phone calls professionally; take accurate messages.
- Educate patients on financial obligations, including point of service (POS) collections and estimates.
- Assist with patient self service registration processes.
- Monitor and manage multiple work queues to ensure timely workflow.
- Refer patients who need financial assistance with their clinic/hospital bills to a Financial Advocate.
- Schedule walk in procedures and collaborate with central scheduling regarding other needs.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: At least two years of customer service or healthcare related experience is preferred.
