The Dietary Aide assists with meal preparation and service while ensuring food safety, sanitation, and presentation standards are met. This role helps maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment and supports residents’ nutritional needs.

• Assist with meal preparation and meal service.
• Set up meal trays, dining areas, and food carts accurately and efficiently.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen and dining areas, including dishwashing duties.
• Support special diets and portion control guidelines as directed.
• Work collaboratively with dietary staff to ensure smooth meal service.
• Promote a positive dining experience for residents.

• Previous food service experience helpful, but not required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
