Wondering what a day in the life of a Radiographer at The Iowa Clinic might look like?

• Arrive at work in the morning – no night shifts here!
• Perform radiological procedures under the direction of a Radiologist, at a technical level.
• Perform a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative to apply ionizing radiation for radiology diagnosis.
• Perform a variety of diagnostic and interventional examinations.

• A desire to find a meaningful, fulfilling career
• Exceptional patient skills
• The ability to prepare and maintain records
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
• A positive and team-oriented attitude

• Current State of Iowa permit to practice Radiology.

• Completion of AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology required.
