CT Technologist (Travel)
Location:
Des Moines, IA.
Duration: 13 weeks with 10‑hour night shifts (40 hours per week). This is a travel position with a tax‑free stipend. Pay will be confirmed upon hiring.

- Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests and explain procedures to patients.
- Interpret doctors’ written instructions and position patients appropriately for scans.
- Operate computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images of patients’ internal structures.
- Administer radiocontrast agents to enhance image visibility.
- Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and ensure accuracy.
- Follow radiation safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Use the McKesson PACS system.
- Minimum of 1 year of CT experience.
- Valid BLS certification.
- ARRT (CT) National Certification with registration in computed tomography.
- State‑specific licensing when required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, and stoop for extended periods.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
