The Chief Clinical Officer reports to the President and CEO, Mercy One. The CCO also has a matrix reporting relationship to the system Chief Medical Officer for Trinity Health.
The following positions report to the CCO: 5 Chief Medical Officers for the regional markets within Mercy One (Des Moines, North Iowa, Northeast Iowa, Clinton, Genesis/Quad Cities);
Regional Director, Quality & Safety;
Regional Director, Medical Staff Services;
Regional Chief Pharmacy Officer;
Regional Director, GME;
Regional Director, Accreditation/Regulatory/Risk.
