Move and set up assigned bars according to the Banquet Event Order (BEO) on time for catered events.;
Transport all required beverages to the bars for catering events, including beer, wine, liquor, garnishes, ice and mixers.;
Prep, stock and restock all assigned bars, including changing out keg lines.;
Clean, sanitize and organize work spaces; maintain inventory and report any unsafe conditions or injuries to the manager on duty (MOD).;
Complete accurate transfer paperwork with the bartender every time an item is stocked; may assist the bartender as required by the MOD.
