Housekeeping Supervisor

Valley View Village, a Cassia community, is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to help lead our housekeeping and laundry teams. This is a great opportunity for an experienced housekeeping professional who enjoys mentoring staff, maintaining high standards, and helping create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents. • Supervision over both housekeepers and laundry aides.
• Order inventories linens, supplies and chemicals and all supplies for facility cleaning.
• Keep log of inventory and reports when ordering is needed.
• Assigns and schedules housekeepers if there are call ins and fill in staff areas when they are absent.
• Assist in cleaning resident rooms, restrooms, day rooms and dining rooms, which may include dusting, vacuuming, washing and trash removal.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

• 3 years of experience in housekeeping and healthcare setting required.
• Supervisory/Management experience preferred.
• Ability to work a consistent schedule.
• Enjoys working independently and as a team player.
• Desire to create relationships with residents and staff.

Position Type: Full-Time (including working every other weekend)

Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
