This is a temporary position with a duration of approximately Mid March through July 2026 (subject to change).

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional experiences for our candidates and internal hiring teams. This role is critical to supporting the Talent Acquisition team in their efforts to attract and deliver highly qualified, diverse pools of talent for our business, an important element of delivering on our mission of making health care better.

Key aspects of this support will include partnership with TA Consultants and business units to coordinate highly complex interview and pre-onboarding experiences and reinforce consistent policy and best practice adherence. This will include interview scheduling, pre-hire checklist review, and regular review and follow up on pipeline health via our internal dashboard.

About You:

In past roles, you’ve enjoyed dealing with a highly complex calendar in the same way that you love putting together a challenging puzzle; ideally, you’ll have experience in coordinating complicated meetings across multiple teams/departments (Outlook preferred). You will leverage your business savvy and internal relationships to navigate limited hiring team availability to ensure a timely experience for our candidates. You are adaptable;

reprioritizing tasks over the course of your day is business as usual and you take pride in flexing to the needs of your stakeholders. Prior experience in a talent acquisition function is preferred (e.g. sourcing, high-volume or campus recruiting and/or recruitment marketing, etc.). Functional system administration (preferably Applicant Tracking and/or CRM tools) would be a plus.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED (associate degree or higher in Human Resources, Marketing or related field preferred) and a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience including:

  • Experience in a role requiring heavy coordination of schedules and calendar/email management (preferably with Outlook) in a team-oriented environment; strong attention to detail, time management skills and ability to effectively prioritize is a must
  • Experience handling highly confidential and/or sensitive information; exposure to human resources principals, specifically related to talent acquisition and/or on-boarding is preferred
  • Demonstrated verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills; a demonstrated history of delivering an exceptional experience is essential
  • Proven organizational skills with ability to handle multiple competing priorities by exercising sound judgment and decision-making abilities, proactive problem-solving and process improvement skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office and internet research skills
Preferred:
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system, CRM or other marketing related systems
  • Sourcing and/or recruitment marketing experience
Additional Information
  • Deliver candidate and hiring team experiences including, but not limited to:
  • Functional and administrative coordination of moderate to highly complex interview experiences; prepare resources to support hiring team effectiveness as appropriate.
  • Delivery of effective and engaging post-offer/pre-hire experience.
  • Support Talent Acquisition Consultants in ensuring effective requisition management to include monitoring candidate pipeline performance to ensure SLA adherence.
