The Recruiting Coordinator will work with Recruiters and be the first point of contact for candidates. As part of a fast-paced team, they will support day-to-day recruiting operations. They will provide administrative and telephone support to include tier one hiring inquiries, general questions, obtain employment verifications, and perform administrative duties for the recruiting area. They will gather pertinent information and keep appropriate parties advised of the status while communicating effectively during the process.

Responsibilities:

Carrying out the Company's organizational values and operating in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies are required functions. Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Process and review employment verifications for driver applicants.

* Provide excellent customer experience when answering hotline calls. Facilitate escalation and completion of high-priority tasks.

* Assist Recruiters in running initial reports, making attempting contact phone calls, and providing backup support as needed. Create and maintain accurate records and documentation in the company's applicant tracking system.

* Support Recruiting Admin in assisting with miscellaneous projects and administrative tasks as needed.

* Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience

Course(s) of Study:
Prefer college graduate for career progression opportunities

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* Must have strong computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Demonstrated ability to effectively organize and prioritize workload in a fast paced, multi-task environment. Must have strong verbal and written communication and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people. Requires willingness to learn and develop skills in the Human Resource field. Must have experience or capability and willingness to learn recruiting roadblocks and challenges.

Must be professional, credible, and articulate.
