Feed Energy is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition professional to manage all aspects of recruiting, onboarding, and retention metrics. This on-site role can be located in Des Moines or Pacific Junction, Iowa, reporting to the Director of Culture and Talent.
You will build a strong talent pipeline and partner with universities and agencies to fill critical roles across locations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years experience in recruitment, with ATS/HRIS experience;
