This position is ideal for someone who enjoys owning payroll responsibilities while also supporting broader HR functions in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. What You’ll Do
* Process payroll for approximately over 250+ employees, with the majority being hourly employees
* Manage multiple payroll cycles, including weekly hourly payroll and semi-monthly salaried payroll
* Process bonuses, additional earnings, and other ad hoc payroll items
* Support the benefits process and respond to employee questions
* Maintain employee files and assist with general HR administrative needs
* Assist with recruiting and community engagement initiatives as needed
* Support HRIS data entry, employee file uploads, and system implementation activities
* Serve as a backup for other HR administrative functions
* Provide responsive, support to employees across departments
* Occasionally travel to other local locations within the area

What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with multiple payroll cycles
* Strong working knowledge of modern HRIS/payroll systems
* UKG experience is a strong plus, but not required
* Experience supporting hourly or high-volume employee populations
* Manufacturing, construction, or industrial workforce experience is preferred
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels
