Job Description The Internal Communications Specialist is responsible for developing and delivering engaging employee communications that inform, connect, and inspire employees across LCS. • Lead internal communications initiatives on behalf of Human Resources, supporting enterprise-wide messaging related to the Chief Human Resources Officer, benefits programs, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and the Council for Inclusion and Belonging.
• Write, develop, edit, and manage a wide range of internal communication materials, including intranet content, career site content, social media posts, newsletters, announcements, presentations, webinars, and employee communications.
• Serve as the primary administrator of the LCS intranet, managing daily content publishing, maintaining site accuracy and organization, and training content contributors to ensure communications are timely, consistent, and aligned with brand…
