We work collaboratively to enhance the employee experience,including everything from recruitment and onboarding to professional development and employee benefits.

What projects might I support?

Although subject to change, examples ofworkyou will be contributing to include:

• Collaborate with various

• Support project and operational workwhere you willleverageproblem solving skills, completeresearchdeliverables,utilize communication skills (written, verbal, facilitation) and collaborate onresults‑oriented approaches
• Engage in programs and networking opportunities to strengthen business acumen inthehealth care industry
• Support internship program bymotivatingand drivingparticipationamong your intern peers tofullyengage with opportunities available throughout the summer

This internship will start in May of 2027, working a hybrid schedule from our headquarters in Des Moines.

• Must be a currentsophomorepursuing abachelor's degree inhuman resources, business administration, communications,journalism,marketing,or related program
• Ability to build relationships and motivate others
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively work withvariousbusiness areas
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to changing environments, strong customerrelationsand problem‑solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
