What

this job involves

The Senior Project Manager for Security Projects leads complex security infrastructure initiatives across JLL's portfolio, managing physical security upgrades, technology implementations, and compliance projects from conception through completion. This role requires deep expertise in security systems integration, stakeholder management, and project delivery within commercial real estate environments. You will work directly with Wells Fargo & Company as our client, ensuring seamless execution of critical security projects that protect people and assets while maintaining operational excellence.

What

your day-to-day will look like
  • Support project executives on multiple security infrastructure projects and assignments.
  • Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects while coordinating security vendor RFPs and technology procurement processes.
  • Identify and address security risks, compliance issues, budget constraints, and integration challenges.
  • Negotiate with security contractors, integrators, and technology vendors on deliverables and timelines.
  • Prepare project status reports, process invoices, track commissioning milestones, and maintain compliance documentation.
  • Prepare and monitor security project budgets including hardware, installation, and maintenance costs.
  • Review security system drawings, network diagrams, and technical specifications for proper integration.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of project management experience with 5+ years focused on security infrastructure projects.
  • Proficient in reviewing security system drawings, network diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • Experience overseeing security system installations, upgrades, and integration projects in commercial facilities.
  • Cost estimating experience for security hardware, installation, and commissioning activities.
  • Knowledge of physical security systems including access control, surveillance, and intrusion detection.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Security Management.
  • PSP (Physical Security Professional), or CPP (Certified Protection Professional) certification.
  • LEED, AIA, PE, and/or PMP certification.
  • Experience with integrated security platforms and building automation systems.
  • Background in commercial real estate security operations or critical infrastructure protection.

Remote - preferably in a market where the client is located

Regular business hours

Estimated compensation for this position

90,000. USD per year
