Are you a strategic problem-solver with a passion for driving enterprise-wide innovation? P3+Uplift is seeking a Senior Business Systems Consultant to lead the design, integration, and delivery of high-impact business solutions across complex ecosystems.

In this role you will be guiding product teams and business leaders from beginning vision to implementation. You will implement solution strategies with enterprise architecture and organizational goals.

What You’ll Do

• Define solution visions with product owners, technical leads, and business executives.
• Translate big-picture goals into strategies aligned with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
• Evolve requirements based on stakeholder input, metrics, and industry trends.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Lead coordination across product teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and reviews to drive collaboration and resolve blockers.
• Keep teams focused, agile, and aligned on delivering measurable value.

Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Management

• Cultivate strong relationships across departments to understand and prioritize needs.
• Analyze and document current processes, uncovering opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
• Ensure clear, actionable communication of business and technical requirements.

Solution Implementation Oversight

• Guide the full implementation lifecycle—from concept and development to testing and go-live.
• Partner with architects and developers to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and integrated.
• Track milestones and manage risks to ensure successful delivery.

Change Management & User Adoption

• Design and execute change management strategies to support seamless adoption.
• Create user training resources and support tools that empower teams.
• Leverage feedback loops for post-implementation improvement.
• Champion process optimization by identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies to keep solutions cutting-edge.
• Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous learning.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA a plus).
• 5–7 years of experience in business systems consulting or enterprise business analysis.
• Proven leadership in Agile environments, ideally within product-centric organizations.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM), Agile tools (Jira, Confluence), and architecture frameworks.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, Scrum Master, or PMI-ACP.
• Experience with enterprise architecture tools.
• Background in change management.
• Exposure to BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Industry experience in sectors with complex solution ecosystems (healthcare, manufacturing, financial services).
