Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Solutions Architect with a strong background in backend data engineering and a strategic understanding of AI-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer support or dealer aftermarket customer support environments and will be responsible for designing scalable, efficient, and innovative technology solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end architecture solutions that support business and technical objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer support and aftermarket service requirements.
• Identify opportunities where AI and machine learning can enhance business processes and customer experiences.
• Lead the development of backend data engineering solutions to support analytics, reporting, and AI initiatives.
• Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across systems and platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and platforms to support solution delivery.
• Document architectural decisions, system designs, and integration patterns.

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect with a focus on backend systems and data engineering.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and the ability to identify appropriate use cases.
• Experience in customer support or dealer aftermarket service environments.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable backend architectures.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with data pipeline tools and frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow).
• Exposure to AI/ML platforms and tools (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Sage Maker).
• Experience with microservices architecture and API design.
