Scrum Master:
Drive Agile Excellence in High-Impact ERP Initiatives

This is an exceptional opportunity to influence a high-profile program that’s transforming our operations. As a pivotal team facilitator, you will enable multiple interdependent Agile teams to deliver value efficiently, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agility while working on a strategic enterprise initiative.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, organize sprints, and prioritize tasks using Jira.
  • Support workstream leaders to overcome impediments and achieve objectives.
  • Collaborate across functional and geographical boundaries, guiding teams through Agile practices.
  • Help teams adapt to change and mature their Agile capabilities.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Required Skills
  • 5+ years of Scrum/Agile experience, with proven ability to lead multiple teams.
  • Expertise with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Strong communication skills to work seamlessly across business and IT.
  • Solid understanding of Scrum methodologies, ceremonies, and roles.
  • Experience managing complex, interdependent work streams.
Nice To Have Skills
  • Change management experience navigating organizational change.
  • Prior involvement in Oracle ERP System implementations.
  • Coordination of system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe).
  • Agile coaching certifications (CSM, CSP, PMI-ACP, ICA-ACC).
Preferred Education And Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required).
  • 4-6 years of relevant Agile coaching or Scrum Master roles.
  • Proven success in environments requiring autonomy and strategic influence.
Other Requirements
  • This position is onsite, requiring 3-4 days per week in the office.
  • Contract length: approximately January through December, with potential for extension.
  • Ability to excel in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment focused on delivering a large enterprise transformation.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage multiple work streams independently while fostering collaboration.
