Under the general direction of the City Administrator, the Enterprise Applications & IT Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the City’s enterprise applications, technology systems, and IT support functions. This position ensures that technology investments align with City goals, supports departments in the selection and implementation of software systems, and manages vendor relationships for IT services. The role provides oversight of the City’s outside IT contractor and coordination of specialized IT staff to promote efficiency, integration, and innovation across the organization.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar technology related field.
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in IT coordination, business systems, or related roles, preferably in a municipal or government setting.
- Experience in vendor management, enterprise applications, and project management preferred.
