Service Desk Technician

Description

We are hiring Desktop Support Technicians to assist with a 3‑Phase office relocation effort for an enterprise level company.

• Phase 1 – Decommission and set up 1,000+ workstations; manage cable layout and test devices.
• Phase 2 – Support end‑of‑life builds as the device count grows from 150 to 400; perform PC refreshes, imaging, and roll‑outs; assist with inventory and asset management.
• Phase 3 – Hardware wiping, decommissioning the site, oversee tech‑garage sale and e‑cyclers, and purchase equipment in bulk.
• Collaborate with a small team across three Des Moines offices.
• Travel between the three offices as required.
• Potential overtime on weekends during the move.

This is a contract position based out of Des Moines, IA.

Pay range: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour.

This position is fully remote.
