QualificationsA foundational level of education is required, with additional technical training or certifications considered a plus. Previous experience in a related environment is expected. General proficiency with computers and familiarity with common systems, hardware, or networking concepts is preferred. The role requires careful attention to detail, along with solid communication, customer service, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities. The ability to handle sensitive information appropriately is essential.
WorkingConditions
This position may involve some physical activity and occasional availability outside of standard business hours. Certain roles may also be subject to organizational policies related to professional conduct and personal activities.
ResponsibilitiesProvide support for computer‑related inquiries and issues, assisting with troubleshooting and resolution as appropriate. May support the setup, maintenance, or repair of workstation equipment and software, and collaborate with others to ensure effective service delivery.
