CMK Resources is helping a growing enterprise Service Now team seek a strong,
Business Systems Analyst / Service Now Consultant to support ongoing platform expansion and enterprise process transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring strong business analysis and stakeholder management experience combined with hands‑on exposure to Service Now implementations, backend configuration, integrations, and enterprise workflows.
Location
:
Des Moines, IA (100% Onsite)
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder workshops
- Translate business needs into scalable Service Now solutions
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and technical teams
- Assist with workflows, integrations, testing, and documentation
- Identify process improvement opportunities aligned to ITIL best practices
- 5+ years experience as a Technical Business Process Consultant or BSA/Process Consultant
- 2+ years of supporting Service Now implementations and integrations of COTS with any of the following modules ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, or SPM
- Strong requirements gathering and process mapping experience
- Exposure to backend/configuration work within Service Now
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with one or more Service Now modules including:
- ITSM
- ITOM
- HRSD
- CSM
- GRC
- SPM
- Service Now CSA or CIS certifications
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
