As a senior member of RSM's Application Development, Data Migration & Integration (App Dev) practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients modernize their business through advanced software engineering, seamless system integrations, and scalable data solutions. You'll work at the intersection of technology, strategy, and client leadership-designing and delivering high impact solutions that enable longterm digital transformation.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with ERP, CRM, and HCM project teams across the U.S., mentor technical talent, influence client solution architecture, and help accelerate RSM's growth-particularly within the San Francisco Bay Area technology and high growth market segment

Lead the design and delivery of complex data migration and system integration initiatives across enterprise applications.
Partner with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and HCM (Human Capital Management) teams to validate requirements and shape high-quality solution designs.
Support clients, consultants, and developers in designing and implementing integrations across packaged software ecosystems.
Oversee development activities, manage progress, and ensure alignment with defined tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Drive ownership of assignments, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional client service.
Analyze functional and technical requirements, provide accurate estimates, and contribute to project planning and execution.
Conduct unit testing, QA reviews, and solution/code assessments to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
Mentor and develop junior team members on technical skills, client engagement, and professional growth.
Contribute to data architecture design, performance optimization, and system reliability efforts.
Lead or support the creation of internal IP, tools, accelerators, and reusable assets to drive continuous innovation.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in data, application development, and system integrations.
Handson experience with integration platforms such as Boomi, Azure Integration Services (Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus), Mule Soft, SSIS, Celigo, and similar technologies.
Strong blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and presales experience to support business development and solutioning efforts.
Ability to engage clients to understand business and accounting processes and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Proven success delivering multiple endtoend implementations across ERP, CRM, HCM, and CPM systems.
Excellent communication, organization, and cross functional collaboration skills.
Strong knowledge of emerging trends in data architecture, application development, and integration engineering.
Proficiency in technical and business writing with the ability to create clear, concise documentation.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Net Suite, Salesforce, and/or Sage Intacct.
Experience developing APIs using REST or SOAP.
Professional certifications in Boomi, Azure Integration Services, Mule Soft, Alteryx, or equivalent platforms.
