We are seeking a proactive Deskside Support Engineer to provide on-site and remote technical assistance. You will install, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners) while ensuring optimal performance of Windows/macOS systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address user tickets regarding hardware/software/networking issues promptly.
- Install/configure new workstations and software updates.
- Resolve network connectivity issues (VPN, Wi-Fi).
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and resolutions.
- Guide users through troubleshooting steps via chat, phone, or in-person.
- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS and MS Office 365.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Relevant IT certification
