Strong Scrum Master experience with Agile delivery, multi-team coordination, Jira/Azure Dev Ops, data-driven metrics (velocity, throughput), stakeholder communication, and workflow automation (Power Automate/Copilot).
Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery across multiple teams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and efficient execution. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to manage fast-paced, high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Track and report project progress, risks, and milestones to leadership
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to manage backlogs and priorities
- Support multiple Agile teams simultaneously
- Analyze delivery metrics (velocity, throughput, capacity) to improve performance
- Implement automation solutions (Copilot, Power Automate) to streamline workflows
- Drive continuous improvement in Agile processes and reporting
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Strong multi-team coordination and organizational skills
- Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Azure Dev Ops, etc.)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Ability to present data-driven insights to leadership
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, Copilot)
- Exposure to Agile metrics and dashboards
- Experience working in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments
