CMK Resources is seeking a Service Now Implementation Consultant to support a growing enterprise Service Now practice and help lead platform initiatives that drive business transformation, operational efficiency, and enterprise service management excellence.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals who have been actively involved in Service Now implementations, integrations, deployments, and platform enhancement initiatives. While this is not a hands‑on development role, candidates should have a strong understanding of Service Now capabilities and be comfortable leading conversations around platform configuration, implementation strategy, workflow design, integrations, testing, and deployment planning.
You’ll serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, architects, and leadership while helping guide Service Now initiatives from discovery through implementation and adoption.

- Lead requirements gathering, discovery workshops, and stakeholder meetings
- Drive Service Now implementation, enhancement, and integration initiatives
- Translate business requirements into scalable Service Now solutions
- Partner with architects, developers, and technical teams throughout project delivery
- Facilitate discussions around platform capabilities, workflow design, and solution options
- Support deployment planning, testing, change management, and adoption activities
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through Service Now capabilities
- Create and maintain documentation including requirements, workflows, user stories, process maps, and solution artifacts
- Present recommendations and implementation strategies to business and technical stakeholders
- 2+ years of direct experience supporting Service Now implementations, deployments, integrations, or platform initiatives
- Experience working with one or more Service Now modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SPM
- Experience leading or supporting Service Now work streams through planning, design, testing, deployment, and post‑production support
- Strong understanding of Service Now platform capabilities and enterprise service management concepts
- Experience collaborating with architects, developers, and technical delivery teams
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
- Service Now CSA or CIS certifications
- Service Now configuration or administration experience
- Experience supporting enterprise integrations
- Experience working within large‑scale enterprise environments
