The Vice President of Legal Systems and Innovation position is crucial to our Legal function, tasked with designing and implementing solutions that drive legal department goals through technology, data analysis, and system integration. This role will focus on leveraging Ironclad integrations into systems that support the entire lifecycle of customer or vendor contracts. You will utilize your extensive knowledge of legal systems, data flows, and analytics to enhance operational efficiency, reporting, and insights across Legal teams while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and technology partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and enhance Ironclad configurations.
  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce, Ironclad, and Workday.
  • Create reporting and dashboards for departmental metrics and data governance, maximizing AI capabilities with existing tools.
  • Support the roadmap for procurement systems.
  • Lead initiatives within the Legal department concerning the configuration, integration, and ongoing utilization of Ironclad and other legal and business systems.
  • Manage integrations and data flows between Legal platforms and enterprise systems to facilitate end-to-end legal and contract lifecycle processes.
  • Analyze, map, and validate data across systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability for reporting, compliance, and operational decision-making.
  • Partner with legal leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and analyze key departmental metrics and data sources.
  • Identify critical data for testing and validation, enforcing data quality standards and governance practices across supported platforms.
  • Support effective utilization of legal and enterprise systems (e.g., contract lifecycle management, HR, CRM, and content management tools) to enhance Legal operations and reporting.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in an AVP role or its external equivalent, preferably in Legal operations, enterprise systems, data analysis, or system integrations.
  • 5 or more years of experience in legal operations or systems integration, with specific knowledge of CLM, BI tools, AI tools, and enterprise integrations.
  • Proven experience with legal and enterprise business platforms to support Legal workflows, data management, reporting, and operational insights.
  • Familiarity with legal and enterprise systems such as Ironclad, Workday, Salesforce, and others as applicable.

The annual salary range for this position is $ - $, determined through interviews and evaluation of relevant experience and qualifications. Additionally, eligible positions may receive a discretionary bonus subject to company guidelines and management approval.
