What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Data & Analytics organization, supporting the Strategy Development, Marketing, and Customer Experience product team.

This space sits at the intersection of business strategy and data‑driven decision making, helping our business sharpen how they go to market, understand their customers, and shape long‑term strategic direction. It’s a dynamic, cross‑functional environment with opportunities to bring a strong product lens to how we discover, prioritize, and deliver solutions that make a real difference.

In this role, you will be embedded in a product trio alongside an Engineering Tech Lead and an Analytics Tech Lead, partnering with executive leaders and stakeholders across Strategy, Marketing, and CX to deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes for our business.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the product trio and cross‑functional stakeholders to advance strategic business goals through strong product leadership.
  • Lead discovery efforts to identify, frame, and prioritize high‑impact opportunities for internal stakeholders and business partners.
  • Define and champion a clear product vision and strategy aligned to enterprise goals and long‑term value creation.
  • Monitor product health using performance indicators and metrics, recognizing their connection to strategic outcomes.
  • Influence and align collaborators across the organization, driving decisions that balance customer needs, data and technology capabilities, and business priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and analytics partners to translate strategy into clear direction and measurable outcomes.
  • Leverage data, insights, and feedback loops to continuously assess product health and uncover opportunities for growth.
  • Own the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring the team is focused on the highest‑value work and delivering value iteratively and frequently.
  • Provide leadership through ambiguity, connecting day‑to‑day decisions to broader strategy while elevating product thinking across teams.

Who You Are
  • 4+ years of product management, business, or technology experience; or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, military experience, or education.
  • 2+ years working in a highly collaborative, fast‑paced product environment with technology teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, align, and drive decisions across complex, cross‑functional teams without formal authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with and communicate effectively with executive‑level leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to make informed product decisions by integrating customer, business, and partner perspectives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands effectively.
Skills That Will Help You Stand Out

  • Ability to create clarity, direction, and momentum in ambiguous environments where problems are not fully defined.
  • Experience balancing urgency with product discipline; knowing when to move quickly to deliver value and when to introduce structure to scale sustainable product practices.
  • Experience introducing or evolving product ways of working within teams or organizations that are still maturing in their product model.
