Consulting with business and development staff to define requirements and processes

- Work Schedule:

At least 2 days a week onsite

Responsibilities:
Preparing, gathering, and validating requirements; preparing requirement and process mapping documentation; facilitating requirements sessions with business stakeholders and leadership

Requirements: 10 years of involvement in prior technology implementations; 10 years of experience in leading requirements gathering and validation with staff; 10 years of experience in developing requirements documentation;
Use Cases; 10 years of experience in testing system functionality against requirements and specifications; 10 years of experience in training staff on system functionality as developed; 10 years of providing general technical assistance;
Experience in using Atlassian Suite – Jira, Confluence, etc; 10 years of experience in Finance/Accounting projects

Project Aim:
To modernize UI Tax system by re-architecting its components to industry-leading architecture and frameworks, and to provide better service to both the agency staff and the end-users while positioning the agency for future technological improvements.
