Onsite Position
As a Global Privacy & Records Process Analyst for Deere & Company World Headquarters located in Moline, IL, Des Moines, IA or Chicago, IL, you will:
- Conduct Privacy and AI impact/risk assessments and recommend controls to embed Privacy and AI by Design principles into business processes
- Provide ongoing guidance to business owners based on Privacy and AI by Design principles
- Support the tactical execution of Privacy & AI by Design process
- Collaborate with privacy, legal, IT, and other business colleagues to support compliance with applicable privacy laws and requirements

What Skills You Need- Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations
- Prior experience supporting business owners on privacy related topics
- Ability to manage risk in ambiguous and complex situations
- Proficiency in project management
- Professional certification in privacy (e.g. CIPP, CIPM, CIPT)
- Experience with comprehensive privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, or equivalent)
- One Trust or similar expertise
- Familiarity with information governance standards, such as the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Privacy or Cybersecurity Frameworks
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor's Degree
