Onsite Position

As a Global Privacy & Records Process Analyst for Deere & Company World Headquarters located in Moline, IL, Des Moines, IA or Chicago, IL, you will:

• Conduct Privacy and AI impact/risk assessments and recommend controls to embed Privacy and AI by Design principles into business processes
• Provide ongoing guidance to business owners based on Privacy and AI by Design principles
• Support the tactical execution of Privacy & AI by Design process
• Collaborate with privacy, legal, IT, and other business colleagues to support compliance with applicable privacy laws and requirements

• Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations
• Prior experience supporting business owners on privacy related topics
• Ability to manage risk in ambiguous and complex situations
• Proficiency in project management

• Professional certification in privacy (e.g. CIPP, CIPM, CIPT)
• Experience with comprehensive privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, or equivalent)
• One Trust or similar expertise
• Familiarity with information governance standards, such as the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Privacy or Cybersecurity Frameworks

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• Bachelor's Degree
