Who we are
Our client is a financial services corporation offering a various suite of products.
Qualifications- 4+ years of experience in business, technology, product management, or a related field; or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Experience managing one or more products, programs, or initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, collaborate across teams, and support decision-making in a dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience building relationships and working effectively with stakeholders across functions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and negotiate to drive outcomes.
- Experience using customer, user, partner, or business insights to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
- 2+ years of experience working in a highly collaborative environment with cross‑functional teams, including technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience with marketing technology platforms, SaaS solutions, web analytics, or related tools is preferred.
- Support the development and delivery of products, solutions, or initiatives that address customer, user, and business needs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, define priorities, and deliver valuable outcomes.
- Contribute to product or business strategy by helping align teams around key objectives and opportunities.
- Build shared understanding among stakeholders regarding priorities, goals, and solutions.
- Collaborate across disciplines to drive successful execution and achieve desired outcomes.
- Participate in all phases of the product lifecycle, from discovery and planning through delivery and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
- Help evaluate customer, user, and business feedback to inform decisions and enhance products or services.
