Who we are:

Our client is a financial services corporation offering a various suite of products.

Qualifications:

Experience applying agile practices across a variety of team structures, environments, and project scopes. Familiarity with frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid approaches, along with concepts like test-driven development and continuous integration. Ability to support and guide teams in adopting and improving agile ways of working, helping them achieve delivery goals and evolve their practices over time. Exposure to scaled agile approaches is a plus.

Experience using common collaboration and work management tools (e.g., work tracking platforms, document sharing tools, and communication applications). Several years of experience in an agile delivery role, with a solid understanding of team roles, events, and workflows. Relevant agile certifications are preferred.

Candidates may be subject to organizational policies regarding professional conduct, ethics, and compliance standards, which can include expectations around business behavior and personal activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Experience working in agile environments, ideally supporting team delivery processes. Familiarity with scaled or multi-team coordination approaches is helpful. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, with a preference for those involved in product or solution development.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with regular in-office presence.
  • Capability to support and coordinate multiple related teams, helping align efforts and dependencies.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across different roles and levels within an organization.
  • Ability to operate within agile environments while also helping others understand and adopt agile practices.
  • Experience using common workplace tools for communication, tracking, and collaboration.
