This is a multi-level posting. Candidates may be considered for any of the posted levels, depending on their level of experience and depth of expertise.

* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. (Candidates without a bachelor's degree typically require four years of progressively responsible related experience).

* Previous work experience in a related functional or technical area and/or comparable internship or collegiate experience for a sys and development Analyst 1.

* Two or more years of work experience in a related functional or technical area for a sys and development Analyst 2.

* Five or more years of work experience in a related functional or technical area for a sys and development Analyst 3.

* Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting Human Capital Management (HCM) applications.

* Minimum of 2 years of experience leading testing initiatives for enterprise applications and systems.

* Experience with software implementations, system upgrades, application integrations, and enterprise HCM platforms such as Oracle HCM Cloud.

* Experience in business systems analysis, application configuration, software development, and integration technologies.

* Experience in test strategy development, test planning, defect management, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and use of Azure Dev Ops or comparable testing and project-tracking tools.

* Experience supporting Human Resources business processes and modules, including Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, and Time & Labor, with a strong understanding of HR, Information Technology, and Business Administration disciplines.

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Windows operating environments, relational databases, and testing tools.

* Demonstrated functional and technical expertise in one or more application areas, with strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

* Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, customer relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

* Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

* Lead testing activities across all phases of the software development lifecycle, including system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing, ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards.
