IDR is seeking a PMO Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Des Moines, IA.
Position Overview for the PMO Analyst- Provide direct support to the PMO Manager following project processes and quality standards
- Assist with onboarding, staff management, and schedule coordination using tools like Microsoft Project
- Manage RAID items, including risks, action items, decisions, and issues for large technology projects
- Conduct quality reviews of deliverables and work products
- Work proactively to identify project risks and track mitigation efforts
- Prior relevant experience of at least 3 years with large organizations/projects with multiple projects and teams
- Advanced understanding of system development lifecycle (SDLC) activities and phases including with hybrid-agile methodology
- Resume must indicate candidate is local to Des Moines, IA area or willing to relocate to Des Moines, IA for the position
- Must have the ability to be on-site in local/client offices when requested weekly
