  • Hardens analytics and Portfolio Insights dashboards for executive level consumption
  • Partners closely with relevant internal teams to consume trusted internal data
  • Absorbs technical execution that would otherwise spread across multiple line of business-focused insights leads
  • Acts as a connector across Property, Casualty, and Financial Lines analytics efforts

Explicitly out of scope:

  • Data engineering or data governance
  • Centralized reporting suite to business partners

Required Skillsets / Background

Core capabilities:

  • Strong data synthesis skills in low-structure environments
  • Experience translating analytics for executive & non-technical audiences
  • Advanced dashboarding and analytical tooling (Power BI, SQL, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical leaders

Preferred background:

  • P&C insurance or adjacent financial services experience
  • Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfort operating as a senior individual contributor without formal authority
