JOB SUMMARY:

The Cloud Fin Ops & Technology Cost Strategy Manager owns cloud and technology financial management across One Call's multi‑cloud, SaaS, and on‑premises technology portfolio. Partners with infrastructure engineering, application development, and architecture teams to convert recommendations into realized outcomes with named owners and tracked results.

Manages billing accuracy across cloud and SaaS, including invoice validation, credit recovery, and reconciliation of commitments against contracted terms.

Supports vendor renewal negotiations with cost benchmarking, usage analysis, and independent run‑rate projections.

Forecasting & Finance Partnership: 25% Builds and maintains technology cost forecasts across cloud, SaaS, AI and on premises spend, with documented methodology, variance tolerances, and a monthly re‑forecast cadence.

Partners with Finance on annual technology budget development and ongoing variance analysis and prepares technology leadership in advance of finance and executive reviews.
