Digital Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join a growing team in West Des Moines! In this role, you'll help bring marketing campaigns to life through social media, content creation, email marketing, website updates, SEO, and digital analytics.

• Execute digital marketing campaigns across social, email, and web channels
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, and marketing initiatives
• Manage social media calendars and audience engagement
• Monitor campaign performance and share insights for improvement
• Support website updates, SEO efforts, and content optimization
• Research marketing trends, audience behavior, and competitive activity
• Partner with stakeholders to keep projects moving and campaigns successful

• 4+ years of digital marketing, social media, or content marketing experience
• Experience managing social media platforms and digital campaigns
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with SEO, website content management, and marketing analytics
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with Google Analytics or similar reporting tools
• Google Analytics, Google Ads, or related certifications
