IAM Administrator

Pay Rate Range: $30-33/hr

We are seeking an IAM Administrator to manage user identities, access permissions, and account compliance across our enterprise systems. This role will handle high-volume, day-to-day user account provisioning/deprovisioning in both access management tools and directly in business applications.

• Identity Lifecycle Management:
  Process manual provisioning and deprovisioning requests via SailPoint, Active Directory, Entra and business applications.
• Queue Management:
  Manage, track, and resolve identity-related access requests and support tickets using Remedy and Identity IQ.

• Strong troubleshooting skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to understand and follow documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Degree or Certification in IT, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience.
