Position: Project Manager (Professional)

Project Manager (Training & Change Management) – Immediate Opportunity

Overview:
This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless end-user adoption and change management, with a focus on coordinating training programs, developing engaging learning materials, and supporting trainer readiness. Ideal for a seasoned professional capable of stepping into an ongoing project and making an immediate impact by collaborating with senior leadership, technical experts, and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience in end-user training delivery for large ERP/EPM system implementations
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle systems and training methodologies
  • Proficiency with training platforms such as Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, and Learning Management Systems
  • Excellent project coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and change management professionals

Top 5 Nice to Have

Skills:

  • Experience in developing e-learning content and using authoring tools
  • Familiarity with change management principles and practices
  • Prior experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination
  • Knowledge of virtual training technology and logistics management
  • Prior exposure to financial system implementations and cross-departmental training

Preferred

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Business, IT, or related fields
  • 3+ years of project management or training coordination experience, preferably in large-scale software implementations

  • Flexibility for travel at least twice during the contract period (May and September)
