- Capture, analyze, and validate data to support clinical, operational, and financial performance improvement using qualitative and quantitative techniques
- Develop dashboards, reports, visualizations, and automated analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, and Python
- Support enterprise data and reporting systems through data extraction, transformation, modeling, validation, and query development
- Ensure adherence to established data standards
- Work with large and complex datasets from healthcare and enterprise systems, including Epic EHR and Epic Clarity
- Deliver actionable insights and scalable reporting solutions
- Partner with operational, financial, and clinical leaders to translate business requirements into reporting, analytics, and actionable insights
- Experience with Epic
- Knowledge of healthcare finance, decision support, revenue cycle, or other healthcare operational and financial data
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques
- Strong analytical, organizational, presentation, and problem‑solving skills
- Experience working with large, complex datasets
- Ability to communicate insights to business stakeholders
Demonstrates expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization within the healthcare sector, utilizing tools such as Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, and Python to deliver actionable insights and support performance improvement. Proficient in managing large datasets and ensuring adherence to data standards while effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.
