Our client seeks a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Case Set-up Specialist / Customer Service Rep to work at their office in Des Moines, Iowa.
This Bilingual CSR Direct hire position where you will earn up to $22/hour, based on experience. You will work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. This position is 100% onsite.
Some of your responsibilities as Bilingual Case Set-up Specialist will include:
- Assisting new clients
- Gathering information
To qualify for this Bilingual Customer Service Associate role, you must be Bilingual in English and Spanish. In addition, you must have:
- Experience assisting customers – in a customer service setting
- Bilingual in English and Spanish – this is required
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to stay calm in busy situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
