OverviewSeeking a motivated candidate with 3+ years of experience to join our expanding Real Estate and Commercial Mortgage Lending team.
Responsibilities & Qualifications- Experience with a range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including loans, portfolio transactions, construction and permanent financings, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
- Drafting and negotiating loan documents and real estate contracts.
- Analyzing title and survey matters and addressing due diligence issues.
- Strong academic background, detail‑oriented, and ability to prioritize and manage workload.
- Join a Chambers Band 1‑ranked Real Estate Practice handling complex real estate and lending matters for some of the industry’s largest life insurance company lenders.
