An award-winning law firm has partnered with us to assist them in a selective search for a Civil Litigation Associate Civil Litigation Attorney to join their team! They made the Best Lawyers in 2023 and have several attorneys on the peer-reviewed list-great culture with very little to no turnover and low billables! The right attorney will have compassion and understanding for the clients they are working with.

Must be able to adhere to the firm's core values and have strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience
• Must be licensed to practice in Iowa
• Strong educational background
• Experience in litigation; defense or plaintiff
• Excellent professionalism and communication skills
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Some litigation experience
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
