Nyemaster Goode is seeking a motivated associate attorney with 1-to-3 years of experience in litigation to join the firm’s Litigation Department. • Conduct legal research and writing.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, and legal memoranda.
• Manage case dockets.
• Assist with discovery and document review.
• Utilize trial advocacy skills in depositions, hearings, oral arguments, and trials.
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.
• Comply with all legal standards, regulations, and rules of professional conduct.

• Juris doctorate from accredited law school. Academic transcript and class rank requested.
• Licensed in Iowa or pass the Iowa Bar Exam within 1 year (or waive under reciprocity).
• 1 to 3 years of litigation experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and advocacy skills.
